Bratislava Southbank area is now located on the crossroad of the major transport routs and in the center of the future contemporary development. Together with a business district on the North bank of Danube and developing area to West, Southbank forms a new layer of urbanity in the city. We believe that Southbank has to become a new beating heart of Bratislava, becoming an alternative center of this dinemic city. Therefore, it has to become a model for planning, architecture innovation and a new Bratislava attraction from all across the world. The goal is to create a sustainable mixed-use neighborhood with varios functions for work, living and active leasure activities united by green transport means and accessible for all.
Das Planungsgebiet Bratislava Southbank befindet sich an der Kreuzung der wichtigsten Verkehrswege und im Zentrum einer zukünftigen zeitgenössischen Entwicklung.Zusammen mit einem Geschäftsviertel am Nordufer der Donau und einem Entwicklungsgebiet im Westen bildet Southbank eine neue Urbanitätsschicht in der Stadt.Wir glauben, dass Southbank ein neues schlagendes Herz von Bratislava werden muss, ein alternatives Zentrum dieser dynamischen Stadt.Daher muss es ein Modell für Planung, architektonische Innovation und eine neue Attraktion von Bratislava aus der ganzen Welt werden.Ziel ist es, ein nachhaltiges, gemischt genutztes Quartier mit verschiedenen Funktionen für Arbeiten, Wohnen und aktive Freizeitaktivitäten zu schaffen, das durch grüne Verkehrsmittel vereint und für alle zugänglich ist.
