prasch buken partner architects are now members of the BIM Alliance association, expanding their planning competence. We are delighted to be able to participate practically in the discourse as members and contribute effectively to the working groups. With access to project templates, the online database, and a collegial network, we hope to elevate our BIM level in planning. BIM has become a consolidated planning method at prasch buken partner, resulting not only in a change in our planning culture in everyday office life but also in the exchange of interfaces with planning partners. A successful example of this exchange is the Hanse Trio Rostock project, which we designed and implemented following BIM methodology.
The future of designing, constructing, and managing buildings lies in digitization. The BIM method allows for optimizing the individual processes in a building’s lifecycle, making them more transparent and sustainable. Since 2016, prasch buken partner architects BDA has been extensively engaged with BIM and its dynamics in application. We provide training for our employees both externally and internally.
