Under the project name “Q218”, HOWOGE plans to build a residential high-rise building 64 meters high on the property of Frankfurter Allee Berlin-Lichtenberg. At least 370 apartments are to be developed on up to 34,000 square meters – partly subsidized – above all 1-and 2-room apartments, but also supplementary commercial space. A positive preliminary construction notice is available.
